- Conduct outbound and inbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Present company design & development services professionally and close sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, prospect statuses, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Work on-site during assigned night shift.
What we’re looking for
Must have:
Preferred:
- 6 months to 3 years of sales calling, telemarketing, or lead generation experience.
- Cold calling and client objection handling.
- International outbound and inbound sales and client acquisition.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Native-like English speaking and listening skills with a neutral or US accent.
- Target achievement and KPI-driven performance.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Quo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM (advantage).
Preferred:
- Experience in design & development services or campaigns for the US market.
