What you’ll be doing

We seek a results-driven Sales Executive to join our Islamabad office to grow the customer base for Umrah packages and tourist visa services.

Key responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for Umrah packages and tourist visa services via calls, walk-ins, and local outreach.
Manage full sales cycle: product presentation, quotation, negotiation, booking confirmation, and follow-up.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, community groups, and partner vendors to increase referrals.
Ensure bookings comply with airline, immigration, and religious travel regulations and maintain accurate client records.
Coordinate with operations and visa processing teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

What we’re looking for

Proven sales experience in travel, tourism, or related customer-facing roles with track record of meeting targets.
Knowledge of Umrah procedures, airline ticketing basics, and tourist visa processes preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Urdu and English for client engagement and negotiation.
Customer service orientation with ability to handle sensitive religious travel inquiries professionally and respectfully.
Organizational skills for managing bookings, documentation, and follow-ups; attention to detail for visa paperwork.
Basic computer skills: MS Office, email, and CRM or booking/booking systems; ability to maintain accurate records.
Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with good local market knowledge of Islamabad/Rawalpindi area.
