We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate to support sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to develop skills in B2B sales, client communication, and lead generation. The Associate will work closely with the Business Development Manager and sales team to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and help convert leads into business.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate to support sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to develop skills in B2B sales, client communication, and lead generation. The Associate will work closely with the Business Development Manager and sales team to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and help convert leads into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and referrals
- Assist in reaching out to prospective clients to introduce company services
- Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with potential clients
- Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and move opportunities forward
- Assist the sales team in closing deals and managing client communications
- Track and report progress on lead generation and sales activities
What we’re looking for
- Experience (must-have): 2 years in sales, business development, customer service, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills
- Sales knowledge: Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Other: Self-motivated, target-driven, eager to learn
