Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to introduce products and qualify prospects
- Generate and nurture new leads through prospecting techniques
- Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate to close sales
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align strategies
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information
- Prepare regular sales activity, outcome, and forecast reports
- Identify market opportunities and share feedback for improvement
What we’re looking for
- Proven sales or telesales experience (minimum 1 year)
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and update pipelines
- Lead generation and sales prospecting, including cold calling
- Goal-oriented with track record of meeting targets and KPIs
- Time management and organizational skills for record-keeping and reporting
- Customer service orientation and ability to adapt sales approach based on feedback
