What you’ll be doing
We are recruiting a Truck Dispatcher to coordinate vehicle movements for installation, maintenance, and material transport supporting fiber and wireless network deployment. The role sits within field operations and works closely with installation teams, warehouse, and operations management to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of crews and equipment.

- Schedule and dispatch trucks on USA routes to optimize profitability and meet client goals.
- Prioritize assignments based on job urgency, crew skillset, and parts availability.
- Monitor vehicle locations, progress, and estimated times of arrival; update teams and customers on changes or delays.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory to ensure trucks are stocked with required materials, tools, and spares prior to departure.
- Maintain accurate records of trip logs, fuel usage, vehicle checklists, and service.

- Proven experience coordinating and dispatching in USA trucking industry.
- Strong route planning and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking and mapping tools; dispatch or workforce-management systems; MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with drivers, technicians, warehouse, and project managers.
- Ability to prioritize multiple jobs, adjust schedules dynamically, and manage unexpected delays or resource shortages.
- Record keeping: trip logs, fuel and maintenance records, basic reporting.
- Problem-solving, attention to safety and compliance, ability to work under pressure.
Preferred:
- Valid driving license advantageous.
