- We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Sales Development Intern to support the Sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students interested in modern sales tools, CRM platforms, automation, data management, and AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate and organized sales data.
- Take meeting notes and track follow-ups, action items, and pending tasks.
- Use tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Snov.io for lead tracking and sales management.
- Create simple automation workflows using AI and no-code tools to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and share basic sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams to ensure proper lead handling and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized documentation of all sales activities and processes.
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
- Preferred tools/skills: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io.
- Comfortable learning and using new AI and productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good communication and note-taking abilities.
- Prior internship or experience in an IT company is a bonus.
