What you’ll be doing
Role 1: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Medical Billing
Conduct outreach to healthcare providers.
Provide demos to doctors regarding medical billing services.
Explain company offerings and value propositions.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
Role 2: Closer (Sales Team) - Final Expense
Conduct high-quality sales presentations and close inbound/warm Final Expense leads.
Meet or exceed target of 3 CLPD (Closed Leads Per Day).
Understand client needs, overcome objections, and ensure compliance and quality.
Maintain exceptional closing ratio while following company policies.

What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Experience in sales; Fluent spoken English (mandatory for Closers and SDRs); Lead generation and qualification; Record keeping and compliance; Strong presentation and communication skills; Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Role-specific must-have: For Closers: High-volume closing experience; Final Expense sales experience preferred. For SDRs: Medical billing or healthcare outreach experience; Verification or call centre experience (for Verifiers).
