What you’ll be doing
M.V. Partners, a UK recruitment agency, is hiring confident Sales Executives to run outbound B2B calls into the UK market. You will cold-call UK construction and engineering businesses, build a pipeline of hiring leads, and capture decision-makers' contact details. Full script, training and objection-handling guides provided. This is a permanent, full-time role on a day shift (UK business hours).

- Generate leads and build a client pipeline
- Follow our script and objection-handling guide
- Capture the contact's name, email, and hiring needs
- Log every call accurately
What we’re looking for
- Must have:
- Fluent English with a clear, confident and professional telephone manner easily understood by UK business owners
- 2+ years of outbound sales, cold calling or telemarketing experience (ideally into the UK or US market)
- Proven ability to handle objections and remain composed and persistent on the phone
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working to targets
- Strong listening skills and ability to capture accurate contact/lead information
- Reliable, self-disciplined and able to work independently from home
- Own laptop, reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace and headset
- Available to work full-time on a UK day-shift schedule
- Preferred:
- Experience in recruitment, lead generation or appointment setting
- Familiarity with a dialler or CRM system
- Bachelor's degree
