- Sales Representative responsible for selling truck dispatch services and digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Represent the company in English-language client conversations, qualify leads, manage sales conversations, and either close deals or coordinate handoffs to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls and messages to qualify leads and present company services.
- Manage end-to-end sales conversations for truck dispatch and digital marketing offerings.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals; track performance and pipeline.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward.
- Work on-site from the Lahore office; some travel required.
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (truck dispatch, logistics sales, digital/digital-adjacent sales, or equivalent client-facing sales).
- Fluent spoken and written English with confident conversational ability.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills for client-facing conversations.
- Ability to qualify leads, negotiate, and close or appropriately hand off opportunities.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, tracking pipeline, and meeting sales targets.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and ability to work from the Lahore office.
