Role Overview
The Product Manager - Infrastructure will own the product lifecycle for infrastructure offerings including servers, storage, networking, virtualization and cloud/on-premise solutions. This on-site role in Karachi will work with engineering, sales, partners and vendors to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and drive go-to-market activities across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
The Product Manager - Infrastructure will own the product lifecycle for infrastructure offerings including servers, storage, networking, virtualization and cloud/on-premise solutions. This on-site role in Karachi will work with engineering, sales, partners and vendors to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and drive go-to-market activities across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product roadmap for infrastructure solutions aligned with market needs and company strategy.
- Gather and prioritize requirements by engaging customers, channel partners, technical teams and sales.
- Specify features and acceptance criteria and coordinate release timelines with engineering and vendors.
- Develop pricing, packaging and positioning for infrastructure offerings; support sales enablement and partner training.
- Lead product launches, create technical collateral, and provide technical pre-sales support for complex enterprise deals.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback and market trends and recommend iterative improvements.
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Travel as required for partner and customer engagement.
What we’re looking for
Must-have (minimum)
Preferred
- 5+ years in product management, technical product owner, or related role working with infrastructure: servers, storage, networking or virtualization products.
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure stacks, HPE solutions, cloud/on-premise integration patterns, virtualization and networking.
- Experience defining roadmaps, backlog prioritization, lifecycle management, writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Commercial skills: pricing, packaging, go-to-market planning and partner enablement.
- Stakeholder management across engineering, sales, vendors and support.
- Strong written and verbal English; ability to create technical collateral and deliver product training.
- Experience analyzing market data, customer feedback and KPIs to drive product decisions.
Preferred
- Product management certification or vendor certifications (HPE, VMware, Cisco).
- Experience with enterprise partner/channel sales and technical pre-sales support.
