- Support early-stage commercial growth by executing digital marketing, lead generation, and partner engagement activities.
- Report to senior management and collaborate with R&D, product development, and operations to translate technical value into market opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and company website to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create content (posts, blogs, product summaries) that communicates scientific product benefits clearly for target audiences in Pakistan.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising and organic channels; use analytics to improve performance and ROI.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture business leads through outreach, virtual meetings, and follow-up to convert prospects into customers or partners.
- Support partnership development with laboratories, clinics, distributors, and institutional buyers; prepare proposals and commercial materials.
- Maintain lead pipeline and reporting; coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical input.
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
Preferred / plus:
- 3+ years relevant experience (combined digital marketing and/or business development).
- 1-2 years hands-on in digital marketing or B2B development preferred.
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic SEO practices.
- Experience managing paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads) and interpreting campaign analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and maintaining lead pipelines.
- Analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics or campaign dashboards.
- Strong written communication; ability to translate technical/scientific information into clear marketing materials.
Preferred / plus:
- Basic graphic/content creation skills (Canva, post editors).
- Experience in biotech, healthcare, or scientific services B2B marketing.
