What you’ll be doing
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/system.
- Meet KPIs including Quality Score, Average Handle Time, and Customer Satisfaction.
What we’re looking for
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills (English).
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
