Role overview:

We are hiring a Sales Agent to join our commercial team in Lahore to drive a USA trucking campaign. The role involves contacting carriers, dispatchers and shippers to support U.S. freight movements, negotiating rates, closing deals, and coordinating onboarding with operations. This is an on-site, full-time night-shift role (US timing).

Key responsibilities:

  • Contact and pitch potential clients (carriers/dispatchers) in the USA trucking industry via phone and email
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate rates and close sales deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding of new clients

What we’re looking for

  • Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service (logistics/trucking industry experience preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written); must be comfortable talking to US-based clients
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident personality
  • Ability to work night shift (US timing)
  • Basic computer knowledge; experience using CRM systems preferred
