What you’ll be doing

Company: Bitcode (Karachi-based IT services firm)

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi (on-site)

Work hours: Night shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM), six-day workweek

Role Summary:

Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers for the RSP campaign.
Introduce campaign offers, follow scripts, and close sales according to process.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining quality and conversion metrics.
Record accurate notes and update CRM or campaign tracking systems promptly.
Follow objection-handling techniques and compliance requirements; escalate complex cases to supervisors.
Collaborate with the campaign team and quality assurance to implement process improvements and meet KPIs.

What we’re looking for

Must-have:

Strong verbal communication and persuasive phone selling.
Basic sales process knowledge: lead qualification, objection handling, closing techniques.
Comfortable with night shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and six-day workweek; requires some travel.
Familiarity with call center operations, CRM entry, and accurate data logging.
Quick learner able to follow scripts, process updates, and quality feedback.
Goal-oriented with focus on KPIs: conversions, AHT (average handling time), attendance.
Basic computer literacy: MS Office or similar; typing for CRM inputs.
Interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism.
