What you’ll be doing

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven IT Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive revenue growth across Software Development, AI Solutions, Mobile Apps, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Cloud Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking.
Identify and approach clients in Pakistan, UAE, Australia, and other international markets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and a healthy sales pipeline.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare project estimates and solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What we’re looking for

Must-have Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in business development or sales in IT/Software services.
Proven ability to generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking.
Experience selling Software Development, AI solutions, Mobile Apps, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or Cloud Services.
Track record of managing full sales cycle and closing deals.
Strong proposal, quotation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work with technical teams to scope projects and estimate efforts.
Fluent English for international client communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
