Key Responsibilities
- Search for, negotiate, and secure profitable freight loads via load boards and broker networks
- Communicate load details to drivers: pickup/delivery schedules, routes, and customer requirements
- Monitor driver locations and shipment progress using GPS tracking systems
- Maintain consistent communication with brokers and drivers to ensure efficient execution
- Proactively resolve shipment delays and provide updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate vehicle breakdowns with brokers and arrange support
- Plan load assignments and optimize routes considering weather and efficiency
- Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure compliance
- Collect, verify, and submit proofs and shipment documentation

- Fluent English (strong communication required)
- Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple drivers and loads simultaneously
- Strong time management, follow-up, and teamwork skills
- Stable high-speed internet connection for remote work
Experience
- Dispatching experience not required; training provided
