Desverto LLC is hiring a Tiktok Shop Expert to lead marketplace growth for clients targeting the Pakistan market. You will design and execute TikTok Shop strategies to drive product discovery, conversion, and revenue while aligning with client Amazon and brand objectives.

Desverto LLC is hiring a Tiktok Shop Expert to lead marketplace growth for clients targeting the Pakistan market. You will design and execute TikTok Shop strategies to drive product discovery, conversion, and revenue while aligning with client Amazon and brand objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement TikTok Shop storefront strategies: catalog setup, product listings, merchandising, SKUs, variants, and metadata.
- Create campaign plans for product launches, promotions, and livestream sales to increase visibility and conversions.
- Optimize content and creatives using trending short-form formats, influencer collaborations, and livestream selling techniques.
- Manage daily shop operations: inventory coordination, order reconciliation, pricing updates, returns handling, and platform compliance.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS), produce reports, run A/B tests, and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-channel strategies with Amazon/e-commerce teams to avoid channel conflict and maximize sales.
What we’re looking for
Must-have
- Demonstrated experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or similar short-form commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of TikTok content formats, trends, and algorithmic drivers for organic and paid reach.
- Experience with livestream selling setup and in-stream conversion tactics.
- E-commerce operations experience: catalog setup, SKUs/variants, inventory coordination, order reconciliation, returns handling, pricing strategies, platform compliance.
- Comfortable with metrics: CTR, CVR, ROAS; Excel/Sheets, basic dashboarding and reporting; A/B testing experience.
- Ability to brief short video creatives; familiarity with simple editing tools is a plus.
- Client-facing communication skills to present results and recommendations.
