Job Description:
- Join USA & Canada-based outbound sales campaigns to make outbound calls to customers.
- Communicate professionally with potential customers and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work night shift and coordinate with team to meet performance goals.
Location & Shift:
- On-site in Lahore (New Garden Town)
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Compensation:
- Salary: 30,000 - 70,000 PKR per month
- Performance-based incentives

Must-have:

- Strong English communication skills
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Professional attitude and positive work ethic
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Teamwork and time management skills
- Willingness to work night shift
Preferred:
- Previous call center, telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience
