The role works with brand strategists, copywriters, developers and account teams to deliver on-brand assets that engage target audiences.

The role works with brand strategists, copywriters, developers and account teams to deliver on-brand assets that engage target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts and design assets for branding, social media, digital campaigns, web interfaces, presentations and print collateral.
- Collaborate with account managers and content teams to understand campaign goals, audience insights and creative briefs.
- Produce final artwork and prepare files for web or print production; ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
- Create and iterate on design systems, templates and component libraries to maintain brand standards and speed production.
- Present concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into revisions.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
What we’re looking for

- 3 years experience in graphic design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Proficiency with Figma or Sketch for interface design and prototyping.
- Experience exporting web-ready assets and creating responsive assets; ability to collaborate with developers on asset specifications.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy and layout for print and digital.
- Experience preparing print-ready files (bleed, CMYK, resolution) and working with prepress vendors.
Other:
- Portfolio demonstrating brand work, campaign creatives, social media content and packaging or print pieces.
- Good communication, time management, and ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
