What you’ll be doing

Company: K.S.G., Los Angeles-based software consultancy

Role overview:
We are seeking a versatile Interview Engineer / Content Creator / Software Engineer to assess technical candidates, create technical content, and contribute hands-on engineering. This remote role requires occasional coordination across US time zones.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct technical interviews using provided scripts and evaluation rubrics
Create technical content: interview guides, evaluation rubrics, coding challenges, interview summaries, and short tutorials
Develop and maintain sample code and reference implementations
Communicate findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
Leverage AI tools to support development, interviewing, and content creation

Work mode & schedule:
Remote (work across US / Los Angeles time zones), Full-Time, Morning shift

Compensation:
USD 10,000 - 30,000 (salary listed in post)

What we’re looking for

Fluent English (American accent preferred)
Software engineering: proven experience in at least one mainstream language: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Understanding of web application architecture, APIs, frontend/backend concepts
Experience creating interview guides, coding challenges, evaluation rubrics, and technical summaries
Experience leveraging AI for development, interviews, or productivity
Time management and remote collaboration skills; able to work across US time zones
