What you’ll be doing

Overview:

Location: Karachi

Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Friday off and alternate Saturday off

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
  • Implement MVC applications, Web APIs, backend modules, and data-driven features
  • Write and maintain clean, secure, and scalable application code
  • Work with SQL Server: write queries, stored procedures, and data access modules
  • Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance
  • Coordinate with Gulf-based teams on development tasks, urgent fixes, and releases
  • Follow Git workflows, pull requests, code reviews, and task tracking processes
  • Deliver tested, stable output and work independently with limited supervision

What we’re looking for

Must-have:

  • .NET Core / ASP.NET Core development experience
  • MVC and Web API development
  • SQL Server: queries and stored procedures
  • 3+ years of practical .NET development experience
  • Experience with Git, pull requests, and code review processes
  • Ability to work with international/Gulf-based teams and follow structured processes


Preferred:

  • Experience with attendance/workflow systems, admin portals, dashboards, reporting modules, approval flows
  • Basic application security and performance optimization knowledge
  • Experience working with remote/international teams
  • Microsoft/.NET, SQL Server, or Azure certifications
