This is a phone-based sales role responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle and collaborating with the sales team to meet monthly targets.

- Qualify leads and uncover customer needs.
- Present relevant products/services and close sales or schedule follow-up appointments.
- Handle objections and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- Proven phone-based sales or call center experience with measurable conversions or sales results.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening in English and Urdu.
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Target-driven, reliable, able to work in a fast-paced in-office environment, and collaborate in a team.
