The Dental Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming, professional experience and handling front-desk operations for a dental clinic in Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage check-ins and check-outs
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls with proper telephone etiquette
- Maintain and update patient records and perform basic data entry
- Handle cash/transactions when applicable
- Provide administrative and front-desk support to clinical staff
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Communicate with patients in English and Urdu
