What you’ll be doing
Role Summary:
- Provide professional customer service via telephone, email, and live chat.
- Represent the company professionally and collaborate with the operations team to resolve customer issues.
- Accurately update customer records and internal systems.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely; learn, retain, and apply company documentation and operational procedures.
- Complete initial training and participate in ongoing development.
- Work fixed hours with on-rotation shifts; maintain required equipment and a quiet workspace.

- Excellent spoken and written English; exceptional grammar and spelling.
- Clear, professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to learn, memorise and accurately apply detailed procedures; adapt as processes evolve.
- Strong computer literacy and accurate typing skills.
- Reliable home workspace with laptop, noise-cancelling headset, high-speed internet (with backup) and backup power solution.
