What you’ll be doing

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) HR role is an on-site, full-time position based in Wapda Town, Lahore. Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

This entry-level role (fresh graduate to 6 months experience) provides structured training and exposure to core HR functions, offering a foundation for a long-term HR career.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain HR documentation and databases
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients as needed
Assist in performance tracking and HR reporting
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduation mandatory)
Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field preferred
0 to 6 months of relevant experience (internship or full-time)
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
