Convert tour inquiries into confirmed bookings and deliver excellent customer service to tourists.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Explain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, accommodations, transportation, and travel policies.
- Recommend suitable travel packages based on customer requirements.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and provide professional sales support.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
- Handle customer concerns professionally before, during, and after tours.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Work on-site in Rawalpindi; role may involve travel. Shift: Morning.
What we’re looking for
Must-have skills
- Good communication skills.
- Experience responding to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Knowledge of tour packages, itineraries, pricing, accommodations, and transportation.
- Sales skills: converting inquiries into bookings, follow-up, and closing.
- Customer service: handling concerns professionally before/during/after tours.
- Record keeping: maintaining accurate booking and customer information.
- Target-driven: able to achieve monthly sales and satisfaction targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
