As Manager of Business Development, manage property units, visit clients, analyze needs, provide demos, and ensure transactions are finalized.
Serve as the company's customer-facing representative to deliver a straightforward, positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate and manage leads for real estate sales.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client requirements are satisfied.
- Provide detailed information and insights about real estate properties to potential clients.
- Conduct presentations, client meetings, and property site inspections to support decision-making.
- Identify client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
- Travel locally as required for client meetings and site visits.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
