What you’ll be doing
Role Overview:
Lead and establish Agile delivery practices across the engineering organization for a SaaS real-estate platform. Coach teams and Scrum Masters to improve Agile maturity and drive predictable, high-quality software delivery. Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, remove impediments, and unblock engineering teams. Drive cross-team improvement initiatives and help shape delivery processes and engineering culture at an early-stage startup. Use metrics (velocity, burn-down/up, cycle time, throughput) to diagnose and improve delivery performance. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering leadership to align priorities and ensure continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
Preferred:
- 5+ years proven Scrum Master or Agile coach experience with software engineering teams in SaaS or cloud-native environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or other scaling frameworks; ability to tailor practices to team maturity
- Practical experience facilitating ceremonies, dependency management, impediment removal
- Experience using velocity, burn-down/up, cycle time, throughput to improve delivery
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar; basic reporting/dashboard creation
- Stakeholder management, conflict resolution, coaching and mentoring skills
Preferred:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III), or equivalent agile coaching certification
