What you’ll be doing
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Deputy Manager Sales to lead sales operations, expand market presence, strengthen dealer/distributor networks, and achieve revenue targets.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B sales, preferably within building materials, construction, or manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Expand dealer, distributor, contractor, and project networks.
Generate sustainable business growth through strategic partnerships.
Increase market penetration and brand visibility. - Team Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team.
Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and field visits.
Train and coach team members to improve productivity. - Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with key clients.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
