Role summary:
Lead and optimize last-mile Cash on Delivery (COD) delivery operations to maximize buyout rates, ensure timely deliveries, reduce returns and cancellations, and coordinate between couriers, confirmation operators, third-party partners, and internal teams.

Role summary:
Lead and optimize last-mile Cash on Delivery (COD) delivery operations to maximize buyout rates, ensure timely deliveries, reduce returns and cancellations, and coordinate between couriers, confirmation operators, third-party partners, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Allocate daily orders between internal couriers and third-party delivery partners; optimize distribution based on performance metrics.
- Prepare and maintain daily route sheets; build efficient delivery sequences and adjust routes to reduce delays and costs.
- Monitor delivery KPIs including buyout rate, delivery success rate, return rate, SLA compliance, average delivery time and cost per delivery; identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage confirmation operators: distribute orders, enforce confirmation scripts, ensure address and timing accuracy, and align confirmed orders with delivery planning.
- Ensure orders progress through defined statuses (Approved, In Delivery, Paid, Returned) within required timelines.
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
Preferred:
- 3+ years experience in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations (COD experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Team management experience overseeing couriers and confirmation operators.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and route/volume analysis.
- Experience negotiating with vendors and monitoring third-party courier performance.
- Familiarity with delivery KPIs: buyout rate, delivery success rate, return rate, cost per delivery, on-time processing.
- Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications or demonstrated experience in e-commerce logistics.
