The position is long-term and requires independent, reliable work with regular progress updates.

This role focuses on improving organic Google rankings and Google Maps/local map pack visibility for local clients. The position is long-term and requires independent, reliable work with regular progress updates.
Responsibilities
- Work with local business clients to improve organic search and local map pack rankings.
- Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) listings and manage local citations.
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and local content recommendations.
- Use SEO tools to audit, track, and report performance (rankings, traffic, GSC/GA data).
- Provide regular updates and documented proof of results to clients and the team.
- Collaborate on workflow improvements and leverage AI tools to streamline processes.
What we’re looking for
Must-have
Nice to have
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Local SEO experience with proven local business results.
- Proven success ranking businesses in organic search and local map packs.
- Strong experience optimizing Google Business Profile (GBP).
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, NeuronWriter (any of these).
- Experience using AI writing/assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support SEO content and workflows.
- Good English writing and verbal communication; able to provide clear updates and reports.
- Ability to work independently, manage time across ongoing campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI automation tools (e.g., n8n).
- Technical SEO skills.
