Company: Smartway Accounting & Tax Services (UAE)
Position: Senior Tele Sales Business Consultant (on-site, Lahore)
Location: Garden Town, Lahore, Pakistan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Morning Shift (10:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Salary: PKR 60,000 75,000 (based on experience) + performance-based incentives in AED
Role Summary: Responsible for telesales targeting the UAE market, driving sales, managing customer relationships, meeting targets, and negotiating with clients over the phone. The role focuses on selling accounting & tax related services to UAE clients and achieving performance targets.

What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 12 years telesales experience in the UAE market (UAE market experience preferred; previous telesales experience mandatory)
- Language: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English accent
- Sales skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills; target-oriented
