What you’ll be doing
Yaseen Rehman Trading (SME Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring Agricultural Labor / Worker to support farm activities in Swabi. The role reports to the Farm Supervisor and involves hands-on field work to maintain crop health, assist with planting and harvesting, perform silage baling and related field operations, and operate basic farm machinery. On-site responsibilities include following irrigation and watering schedules, using hand tools and basic mechanized equipment safely, performing physical tasks (bending, lifting, outdoor work), basic record-keeping of task logs or harvest counts, and complying with on-site safety and hygiene practices. Accommodation provided on-site. Morning shift. Positions available: 10–15. Salary: PKR 40,000/month.
What we’re looking for
- Must-have:
Practical experience performing manual farm labor, planting, harvesting, crop care
Ability to use hand tools and basic mechanized equipment safely (hoes, spades, wheelbarrows, hand sprayers)
Physical stamina for extended periods of bending, lifting, and outdoor work in variable weather
Basic knowledge of irrigation methods and ability to follow watering schedules
Familiarity with safe handling and basic application of approved agricultural inputs under supervision
Basic record-keeping for simple task logs or harvest counts
Local language communication skills and ability to follow written or verbal instructions
Experience with silage baling and related field operations
Tractor operating experience - Preferred:
Previous employment in agricultural labor or related role
Punctuality, reliability, and ability to work in a team
