What you’ll be doing

Company Overview

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in print-on-demand products. The efficiency of internal processes and workflows is critical to our success.

The Role

As an Administration Intern you will serve as a custodian of internal data and system organization for a print-on-demand operation. You will keep partner records, cloud storage files, system details, and corporate reminders organized. This is a fully remote position open to qualified candidates. Strong English communication, self-motivation, and time management across time zones are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Credential & Account Management: Create, update, and maintain account credentials and related records.
  • Data & File Organization: Maintain cloud storage structure, naming conventions, and file version control.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Create and update tracking spreadsheets, databases, and simple reports in Excel/Sheets.
  • Process Documentation: Document workflows, checklists, and standard operating procedures for internal use.
  • Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with distributed team members via digital channels; prepare written updates and reminders.
  • Data Integrity & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information responsibly.

What we’re looking for

  • Educational Pursuits: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Remote-Ready & Independent: Able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Highly Organized: Strong data, spreadsheet, and file organization skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Excel) and cloud-based productivity tools.
  • Data Integrity & Discretion: Experience handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Digital Communication: Fluent written and verbal English; comfortable coordinating with global teams.
