We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute digital campaigns and support content and brand development for a packaging solutions company based in Karachi. This is an on-site, full-time role requiring hands-on execution across paid and organic channels to drive leads and e-commerce orders.

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute digital campaigns and support content and brand development for a packaging solutions company based in Karachi. This is an on-site, full-time role requiring hands-on execution across paid and organic channels to drive leads and e-commerce orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (social media, search, display, email) to drive leads and e-commerce orders.
- Create, edit and publish engaging content for social platforms and the company website to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, build content calendars, and interact with followers to grow audience and community.
- Run paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager or equivalent) and support Google Ads activity; set up tracking, UTM tagging, and monitor campaign performance.
- Use analytics (Google Analytics) to monitor performance, run A/B tests, interpret metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Optimize content for basic on-page SEO and assist with other SEO tasks as required.
- Brief designers, edit assets, and support short-form video content creation where needed.
What we’re looking for
Must-have
Preferred
- Minimum 2 years practical experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn content creation and scheduling.
- Hands-on with Facebook Ads Manager (or equivalent) and basic Google Ads exposure.
- Google Analytics and UTM tagging for campaign tracking.
- Basic on-page SEO and A/B testing experience.
- Strong copywriting and visual sense; ability to brief designers and edit assets.
- Comfortable with MS Office and basic image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar).
Preferred
- Experience with short-form video content.
- Familiarity with community management and customer engagement best practices.
