Sysnxa Solutions is seeking an AI Content Creator and Designer to produce on-brand written content and visual assets that support product marketing, client deliverables, and internal initiatives. The role is hands-on, within a small cross-functional team, and requires creating AI-assisted copy, designing visual layouts, and collaborating with developers and project managers to deliver polished outputs on schedule.

Sysnxa Solutions is seeking an AI Content Creator and Designer to produce on-brand written content and visual assets that support product marketing, client deliverables, and internal initiatives. The role is hands-on, within a small cross-functional team, and requires creating AI-assisted copy, designing visual layouts, and collaborating with developers and project managers to deliver polished outputs on schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Create clear, persuasive content for web pages, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and product documentation using generative AI tools and manual editing.
- Design visual assets—graphics, banners, presentation slides, and simple UI mockups—that align with branding and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to translate technical concepts into user-friendly copy and visuals; incorporate feedback from developers, QA, and client stakeholders.
- Prepare and iterate content drafts quickly, ensuring accuracy, consistent tone, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Optimize content for readability, basic SEO, headings, metadata, and platform constraints.
- Maintain version control practices and organize asset libraries.
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- Proven experience producing AI-assisted written content and editing for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
- Graphic design skills with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva; ability to create presentation decks and social media visuals.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and prompt engineering to produce drafts and imagery.
- Strong command of English writing, grammar, and content structuring; ability to simplify technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, headings, metadata, and content formatting for web platforms.
- Experience working in Agile or project-based teams; ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, version control practices, and organizing asset libraries.
- Good communication skills for client-facing interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
