What you’ll be doing
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Project coordination: Oversees daily field operations to ensure community programs are delivered on time.
- Team leadership: Supervises junior staff, recruits new volunteers, and organizes team training sessions.
- Budget tracking: Monitors project expenditures, reviews receipts, and keeps costs within financial limits.
- Donor reporting: Gathers field data and writes progress updates for stakeholders and funding partners.
- Community relations: Acts as the main point of contact for local leaders and program beneficiaries.
- Event planning: Organizes logistics for workshops, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach events.
- Compliance checks: Ensures all activities follow local labor laws and internal NGO policies.
- Office administration: Manages day-to-day office paperwork, updates databases, and tracks inventory supply.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum experience: 3 years relevant experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Financial skills: Budget tracking, reviewing receipts, monitoring expenditures.
- Reporting: Donor reporting and progress update writing.
- Project management: Field operations coordination, event logistics.
- Leadership: Supervising staff, volunteer recruitment, training organization.
- Community engagement: Liaison with local leaders and beneficiaries.
