- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and progression of potential deals.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and market trends to refine sales strategies and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all sales activities in CRM systems.
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, motivation, and open communication.
- Maintain punctuality and a professional demeanor as a role model for the team.
