What you’ll be doing

Company: Microcare Technical Services LLC

Job Title: WhatsApp Sales & Booking Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time, 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Location: Anywhere in Pakistan (role targets candidates in Islamabad)

Working Hours / Shift: 9-hour rotating shifts. Employee will work approximately half of each month on each shift:

Day Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Evening Shift: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business
Explain services, packages, and pricing
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Follow up with potential customers and maintain professional communication
Record customer and booking details accurately
Coordinate bookings with the UAE operations team

What we’re looking for

Must-have:

Bachelor's degree in any field
Fluent spoken and written English
Good communication, persuasion, and typing skills
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business
Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
Personal laptop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
Availability for rotating shifts (day and evening)

Preferred:

Sales or customer service experience
Fresh graduates may apply
