Daily Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using provided leads
- Follow approved scripts and sales processes while sounding natural and professional
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and schedule qualified appointments
- Confirm appointments and help reduce no-shows
- Record calls, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects through approved channels
What we’re looking for
- Clear, professional spoken English
- At least 1 year of cold-calling, appointment-setting, telemarketing, lead-generation, or outbound-sales experience preferred
- Confidence making frequent outbound calls and handling objections
- Strong communication, active listening, and qualification skills
- Resilience with rejection; persistent without becoming disrespectful
- Coachable, dependable, motivated, and quick to learn
- Comfortable following scripts, using a CRM, and tracking daily activity
- Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet with backup, quiet workspace, and high-quality headset or microphone
- Availability for a full-time Pakistan night shift overlapping U.S. business hours
