- Maintain cleanliness of offices, meeting rooms and common areas
- Perform sweeping, mopping and basic cleaning tasks
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee and refreshments
- Welcome and assist guests and visitors
- Handle courier services and document delivery
- Manage office supplies and pantry stock
- Assist with office setup for meetings and events

- Professional attitude and grooming
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
