HUSSAIN BUILDERS seeks a reliable Driver to support on-site operations and the movement of personnel, materials and light equipment between project sites and suppliers. The role reports to the proprietor and works closely with supervisors, tradespeople and the operations team.

Overview:
HUSSAIN BUILDERS seeks a reliable Driver to support on-site operations and the movement of personnel, materials and light equipment between project sites and suppliers. The role reports to the proprietor and works closely with supervisors, tradespeople and the operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicles safely for crew transfers, material deliveries and supplier pickups within Lahore and nearby project locations.
- Follow planned routes and schedules, maintain punctuality, and communicate any delays or issues to site supervisors.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic servicing (oil, water, tyre pressure); report mechanical issues promptly.
- Load and unload materials and equipment safely and secure loads for transit.
- Assist on-site with manual tasks, guide vehicle positioning, and support supervisors during deliveries and small site-moving jobs.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel receipts and basic records.
What we’re looking for
- Valid Pakistan driving license with appropriate category for the assigned vehicle(s).
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience.
- Strong knowledge of Lahore roads and nearby project locations.
- Good vehicle maintenance awareness: ability to perform basic checks and recognise common faults.
- Safe driving record, defensive driving habits and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Ability to load/unload materials safely and use basic lifting techniques; follow site safety protocols (PPE use, positioning, signaling).
- Dependable time management, clear communication with supervisors and basic record-keeping skills for trip logs and fuel receipts.
- Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks and work in outdoor construction environments.
- Vocational training in vehicle maintenance or defensive driving certificate is a plus.
