We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Project Management Manager responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Project Management Manager responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and government sectors; generate leads through networking, email campaigns, calls, meetings, and market research; build and maintain long-term client relationships; prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations; participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions; achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously; coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery; manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality; ensure successful execution from initiation to completion.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in the IT industry preferred.
- Strong proposal writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
