Motivated Customer Sales Executive responsible for generating new business by visiting potential clients, presenting courier and Cash on Delivery (COD) services, and building long-term business relationships. Requires confidence in face-to-face sales and a results-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit potential business clients across Lahore.
- Present and pitch FLC's courier and COD services.
- Generate new business and onboard new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits and meetings with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1–2 years of field sales or business development experience.
- Experience in courier, logistics, e-commerce, or B2B sales industry preferred.
- Comfortable with physical client visits and face-to-face meetings.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Intermediate education or above.
- Own motorcycle with a valid driving license preferred.
