Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales & Student Counseling Intern for a fixed two-month internship to gain practical sales and client communication experience.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 2 months (fixed)
- Location: On-site, Lahore
- Working hours: 3–4 hours per day, morning shift
- Employment type: Part-time
- Salary: PKR 20,000 basic
- Commission: PKR 10,000 for every successfully enrolled client
- Travel may be required
Responsibilities:
- Contact leads generated through social media platforms
- Follow up with prospective students via phone calls and WhatsApp
- Understand students' study-abroad goals and provide professional guidance
- Schedule appointments and consultations with counselors
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
- Build trust with clients through excellent communication and professionalism
- Achieve daily and weekly follow-up targets
What we’re looking for
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional phone etiquette
- Strong persuasion and client-handling abilities
- Excellent Urdu communication skills; English communication is a plus
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and Email
- Good time management and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Sales knowledge preferred; training will be provided
