We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to join our Sales Department.

- Prepare customer invoices and quotations
- Handle professional email correspondence with customers and clients
- Communicate with customers regarding quotations, orders, invoices, and follow-ups
- Follow up with customers for pending quotations and orders
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales-related documents
- Prepare sales reports and update customer information
- Support the sales team in day-to-day sales activities
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned
What we’re looking for
Qualification & Requirements:
- B.Com / BBA or Equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Dealing, or Sales Support preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of email communication
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel
- Ability to prepare invoices and quotations
- Customer dealing and follow-up skills
- Good command of English and Urdu
- Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn
