Role overview:
Sales Executive focused on converting inbound and generated leads into confirmed print and packaging orders and nurturing long-term client relationships. Work closely with production, design, and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are captured and executed with quality and timeliness.

Sales Executive focused on converting inbound and generated leads into confirmed print and packaging orders and nurturing long-term client relationships. Work closely with production, design, and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are captured and executed with quality and timeliness.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and follow up promptly to qualify needs, timelines, and budgets
- Convert qualified leads into orders by presenting suitable product options, pricing, and production timelines
- Prepare clear quotations and proposals and follow through until order confirmation
- Coordinate with design and production teams to confirm specifications, proofs, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status and client communications in the CRM or sales tracker
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets and report progress to the Sales Manager
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve client queries and ensure satisfaction
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Urdu
- Confident on phone and in-person client meetings
- Ability to prepare accurate quotations and proposals and document terms
- Negotiation skills to close deals while protecting margins and delivery commitments
- Familiarity with print production terms, materials and lead times
- Sales tracking experience to manage pipeline and follow-ups (CRM experience preferred)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for order handover and coordination with production/design teams
- Target-driven mindset with ability to meet monthly conversion and revenue goals
- Willingness to travel as required
