Location: Lahore, Pakistan (on-site)

Role Summary:
- Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Create and maintain SKUs, product listings, pricing, attributes, and images.
- Monitor stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.
- Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
- POS setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Train store staff remotely and develop/maintain SOPs.
- Perform data analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with South Africa operations team.
Other:
- Requires some travel.
- Reliable high-speed internet and suitable home office setup for remote tasks when required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent; relevant diplomas acceptable.
Experience:
- 2-3+ years in inventory control, retail operations, or POS/ERP administration; 2+ years preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Experience with POS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
- Barcode generation and labeling.
Other Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
