Role overview

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
Qualify incoming inquiries, conduct needs assessments, and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and handover to operations.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM with client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to pipeline growth.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to develop event packages, promotional offers, and pricing strategies.
Represent the company at client meetings and site visits.

Work details

On-site in Rawalpindi. Morning shift. Travel required. Full-time internship basis. Compensation: 30,000 - 35,000 PKR per month.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients and negotiating terms.
Relationship management: Ability to build rapport quickly and manage client relationships professionally.
Sales techniques: Prospecting, qualifying leads, objection handling, and closing.
Organizational skills: Follow-up management, documentation, and time management to handle multiple leads.
CRM: Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn common CRMs, such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Office tools: Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for preparing proposals and tracking sales activity.
Mindset: Problem-solving mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced events environment, customer service orientation, and attention to detail when preparing event proposals and contracts.
