What you’ll be doing
Role: Work-from-home Outbound Call Center Agent for a US financial campaign (night shift).
Key responsibilities:
Work mode: Remote/online.

- Make 200–300 outbound calls per day to US prospects.
- Engage prospects in cold calls, identify interest, and transfer hot leads to senior closers.
- Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural conversations.
- Achieve daily and weekly KPIs and targets.
- Participate in full product and sales training.
Work mode: Remote/online.
Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection, computer or laptop, and noise-free workspace.
- Willingness to work US/Canadian time zones or night shifts.
